Step 1:
Personalized Consultation
We begin with a personalized phone consultation to discuss the changes in your loved one's life, their goals, preferred living situation, care needs as you understand them, and any budget considerations.
Step 4:
Guided Community Tours
Let’s tour your favorite options together. Once we have identified suitable communities, we help you arrange tours, allowing you and your family to experience each option firsthand. We prefer to be there when you tour, enabling us to help you ask questions and provide support.
Step 2:
In-Person Assessment
Determining the appropriate care level is a crucial step where our expertise helps guide families. We aim to understand and create a care plan that is both safe and appropriate. We often complete assessments within 1-2 business days.
Step 5:
Seamless Transition Support
We will support the transition once you have selected a community. Your primary communication will be with the community, but please know that Michigan G.R. and M.A, LLC is still available for unanswered questions and resources to help your family.
Step 3:
Exploring Your Options
We research and present options tailored to your loved one’s needs, budget, and location. Our comprehensive database ensures thorough analysis and informed choices. We then meet to review and discuss potential communities, helping you confidently select which ones to tour, saving time and reducing stress.
Step 6:
Ongoing Support & Advocacy
Continued care and peace of mind. Even after the move we remain a trusted resource and, for some families, a safety net to address concerns and ensure long-term comfort and care for your loved one. Support during the first month is included in our free service.
